Concept design, layouts and, where required, interior design are developed with you and refined through your feedback until the design feels right.

A written estimate and proposal that set out the scope, specification and programme, so you can make an informed decision before any work begins.

Construction is carried out against the approved drawings and specifications, with progress updates shared at agreed intervals and any change discussed and recorded.

A thorough inspection of the completed work against the agreed scope. Items that need attention are resolved, and the project is then handed over to you.
